Cape Coral House Buyers is a real estate investment company. We purchase properties directly from homeowners for our own portfolio or investment purposes.

Mike Wall, the founder of Cape Coral House Buyers, holds an active Florida real estate license (Florida real estate license SL3654600). He is affiliated with eXp Realty.

When you sell your house directly to Cape Coral House Buyers, we are acting as a Principal (Buyer) in the transaction. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker, and we do not represent you in the transaction. You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding the sale of your property, and we always recommend that you seek independent legal or financial counsel if you feel it is necessary.

Because we are buying directly, there are no real estate agent commissions paid to us by you for this transaction.

Company Relationships

Cape Coral House Buyers is an independent business focused exclusively on the Cape Coral market. Mike Wall is also the founder of We Buy Gulf Coast Houses, a separate real estate investment company serving other Southwest Florida communities. The two companies operate independently.

Offers and Contracts

Any offer presented by Cape Coral House Buyers is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in a formal written purchase agreement. An initial verbal or estimated offer, or an offer generated through our website, is not a binding legal contract until a purchase agreement is fully executed by all required parties. All transactions are subject to clear title.
